About Flora
Flora has been participating in women’s circles since 1993, and facilitating workshops since 2002. She believes that circle medicine is much needed for women in the world today. This ancient sacred practice is transformative for our personal and professional lives. She is a professional singer and certified Sound Healer who loves to incorporate music, song, and chanting in her ceremonies.
Flora has studied feminine archetypes with psychologist and author Dr Jean Shinoda Bolen (Goddesses in Everywoman), SHE-led writing with Lisa Lister (author of WITCH), Sound Healing with Jonathan Goldman, and mentored with Sora Surya No in sacred circle facilitation. She is currently an Enter the Mystery initiate with Elayne Kalila’s Priestess Presence temple, and a Certified Temple Guide.
In addition to moon rituals and deep conversations with her soul sisters, Flora loves hiking, swimming, dancing, singing, and eating anything covered in pesto! She lives in Vernon, BC, Canada with her wife and son.

Answers to your Questions
- When will the live calls be, and how long?
The Illumination and Deepening Practice Temples will happen at Noon Pacific on the second and third Thursdays of each month. They are typically 90 minutes in length. - How do we meet online?
We use a video conferencing software called Zoom, which is free. You will be provided instructions on how to get set up if you've never used it before. Don't worry, even for folks who aren't "techy" it is very easy. - Will there be replays?
Yes! The replays will be available in the Member Portal area within 24 hours, and will remain there for you to watch at your convenience. You can still get the full benefit of the temple even if you never attend a live call — as long as you participate in your own time. - What's a Member Portal?
This is the members-only website area, where all the materials and replays are "housed". You simply log in to access them. Your registration details are generated after your temple subscription payment is processed. - Do I have to be on Facebook?
No. The private group on Facebook is an added benefit to foster connections and conversation between the temple sisters. However, if you do not enjoy being on social media, this is optional. - Is it ok if I am completely new to this kind of thing, and don't know anything about archetypes or moon stuff?
Absolutely ok! The beauty of this kind of sacred space is the cyclic, spiral nature. Whether you're a newbie or a "seasoned" spiritual seeker, you will receive and learn what's meant for you right NOW in this online sanctuary, and are welcome here. - What if I want to cancel part-way through? Do you offer refunds?
When you enter into this sacred space, you make a commitment to yourself. We ask that you honour and uphold this commitment for the full spiral journey of one year. In extreme circumstances, of course we are available to discuss options and alternatives, but please join us with "both feet in" energetically. - Is Flora an ordained Priestess or 13 Moon™ Focalizer?
No. Currently, Flora is an Enter the Mystery initiate and a Certified Temple Guide with Elayne Kalila’s Priestess Presence temple, which is a dedicated temple of the 13 Moon™ Mystery School. She Spirals does not offer full training or initiation in this lineage.
Flora is not a trained therapist, and her programs are not designed to treat or diagnose any psychological disorders. If you have any mental health issues, you agree to consult with your medical practitioner before joining and to continue to monitor your well being for the duration of the program. This work affects many levels (mental, emotional, and spiritual), and is not for those who currently suffer from untreated mental disabilities, severe depression, complex PTSD, or suicidal episodes.
