My mission is to help as many women as possible find their body confidence, increase their self-esteem, strength and love their bodies both inside and out.
Each assessment and training session begins with an intimate conversation around their health and wellness dreams, desires and goals. After a thorough full body assessment looking at posture, muscle imbalances and pelvic floor health, together we create a plan to put those goals into action.
I am happy to be accepting new patients at Creekside Dynamic Health, Vernon’s premier multi-disciplinary health centre. Our standard of care is nothing short of highest quality of manual health care available. The team here at Creekside operate as a collaborative, intentional and patient-focused clinic. I offer pelvic floor assessments, private 1:1 fitness & nutrition coaching and small group classes for women of all ages.
